The founder of Innovative Management Group Consulting brings decades of experience leading enterprise transformation programs, standing up PMO functions, and turning around troubled initiatives across complex organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Having operated as both a senior executive and an embedded delivery leader, our founder understands the pressures that C-suite leaders face when large-scale initiatives go off-track, and the practical leadership required to restore confidence and execution momentum.
This experience spans program portfolio management, governance design, cross-functional alignment, process improvement, and the practical application of emerging tools including AI to operational and delivery challenges.
